Breaking Free From Judgment

Sometimes life can feel like a constant struggle between judging ourselves and others. Judgment can show up as comparison, self-criticism, or judgment of others through logic and reasoning (a.k.a. observation). We do this over and over until we gain an awareness of how the third dimension works. When we judge others, it's as if the energy of that judgment acts as a boomerang. It could be that someone else judges you in the same way, or you could end up judging yourself even harsher. When we participate in judgement, we are going against the Life Principle. It's as if our cells begin to shrink and constrict our creative flow and ability to operate within love. The first step to shifting our habit of judgment lies within one request, "Truth, bring to my attention every time I judge myself or others." When you ask this, you begin to notice when you're operating within judgment. This awareness then allows you to break the cycle of receiving and giving judgment.
